To remind you : no classes tomorrow in AHS, and a tai chi workshop will take place in Hintonburg Community Centre, 1064 Wellington St. West, Laroche Room, at 9:30 – 11:30 AM.

The workshop (Tai Chi Chuan – Understanding and Application太極拳體用) is given by Master Yuan (袁德安老師), it will cover the following:

1. Tai Chi Background (太極概說)
2. Tai chi and Chi Gong (太極和呼吸)
3. Tai Chi Thirteen movements (太極十三式)
4. Self practice (自行練習)
5. Push hands (推手概說)
6. Q & A問題觧答

Due to Laroche Room is pretty small, so that hands-on practise may be limited.
